What is private labeling?

Private label products are those manufactured by one company for sale under another company's brand.

How does it work?

When you place a private label order, we make, package, and label your products. Private labeled orders will require you to upload your label design.

What are the label sizes?

Body Butter: 2.5'' x 3'' or 4' x 2'

Lip Balm: 2'' Circle

How do I send in my label design*?

You can upload your label design before adding private label items to your cart.

What is the difference between wholesale and private label?
With wholesale, you receive pre-made and ready-to-sell-body butter in blank jars. With this option, you can choose to add labels to the jars yourself. Great for party favors or more personal uses. Private labeling is when you receive pre-made and ready-to-sell body butter jars with your custom label design attached. This option eliminates the production process completely for business owners.

Will my products melt/freeze/expire?

We ship with dry ice packs to help prevent any melting during transit and ship only with priority mail to ensure a quick transit time. If your product has been exposed to excessively high or low temperatures the consistency may be thinner or thicker; this does not impact the efficacy of the product. 

Our products contain zero synthetic stabilizers or preservatives. For the best quality product, it is recommended to use it within 8-12 months of opening as our products do not have a formal expiration date.

What exactly is "fragrance"?

We use fragrance oils that are created using natural essential oils, aroma chemicals, and other practical components, all in strict compliance with the most recent standards set by the International Fragrance Association (I.F.R.A.). Additionally, we only use fragrances that are safe for use in a variety of products, such as body creams, baby products, lip care, soaps, and facial moisturizers. These fragrances are of cosmetic-grade quality.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns: all purchases made are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable. All sales are final.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost is automatically calculated by weight and location by USPS. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping is after processing. If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be processed the next business day. Processing takes 1-7 business days for wholesale orders and 1-14 business days for private label orders. Holidays delay processing time.

It takes 1-2 business days for us to ship your order after processing. You will receive a second email with your tracking number and shipping date. 

You may email us at flourishingwholesale@gmail.com if you have not received a tracking number after 16 business days. Please include the full name used in the order as well as the order number included in the email receipt. 

When tracking shows "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" it can mean:

  1. The package is in the seller's possession.
  2. The package has been dropped off and is still being held/sorted by USPS.
  3. The package has been sorted by USPS and was sent off without being scanned. 

After you receive an email stating that your order has been shipped and it has been scanned and confirmed to be in the possession of USPS, we are no longer liable for the package.

DELIVERY

Your order may arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for how long it takes your order to be delivered after it has been shipped.
